Monsieur Glace was founded in 2005 by Frédérick Goulet by pure chance. As he was working as a manager at his parents’ restaurant, another restaurant owner in the area asked him to help by providing him with ice from the new machine he had recently acquired. Then, thanks to word of mouth, Frédérick began to accommodate several local businesses. Monsieur Glace was created!
With its personalized service, the company continues to grow. The clientele now extends to the four corners of Quebec.
If at first the clientele was only convenience stores and restaurants, today Monsieur Glace can enjoy serving all types of businesses: festivals, special events, bars, caterers, construction sites and processing companies to only name a few.
